I tested game full screen and it happens game app opens but its still Windows screen.

Hi! My problem is not showing BALDI.exe screen, still Windows screen and sounds works. Yesterday, it worked BALDI.exe screen and i updated high definition screen and now it doesn't game screen showing and still Windows screen and still sound works?
Can someone solve that problem is game not showing, but app is still look the picture:
